Privacy Policy
Who we are
Stasiast is an AI-native campaign-infrastructure platform that provides political-message scoring (Olympus) and adjacent services to campaigns, committees, and operators. This policy covers the marketing site at stasiast.com and the customer platform at stasiast.com/platform.
What we collect
When you submit a free Olympus read, we collect the fields you provide on the form — district, office, candidate/committee name, contact email, and the baseline message you paste in. We also receive standard request metadata your browser sends: IP address, user agent, referring URL, and timestamp.
We do not collect voter PII, donor lists, or any personally identifiable data about third parties through the public form. If you are an enrolled customer, separate data-processing terms (Data Processing Agreement) govern voter-file and consent-log handling — see your contract.
How we use it
- ›To generate the Olympus read you requested and return it to you.
- ›To follow up by email with the full multi-cohort breakdown if you opt in.
- ›To maintain aggregate, non-identifying analytics on site usage so we can improve the engine.
- ›For no other purpose. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Third-party processors
Form submissions are routed through HubSpot (CRM) when enabled. Olympus scoring runs against Anthropic’s Claude API. Site hosting and CDN are provided by Vercel. Each processor handles data under its own published privacy commitments; we minimize what we send to each.
Retention
Submissions are retained for the lifetime of an active relationship plus 24 months for audit / re-engagement purposes, then deleted. You may request deletion at any time by emailingprivacy@stasiast.com.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, request correction, or request deletion. We comply with applicable U.S. state privacy laws (CCPA, CPA, VCDPA, CTDPA, UCPA, etc.) within statutory windows. For GDPR-covered EU/EEA residents: same rights, same email.
Changes
Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
